Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly via Bookfunnel to the email you provided at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Your content will be sent to the email address on record with Shopify, the one you gave at check out. Check this email address as well as your spam folder if you have not received your BookFunnel email within 3 minutes. Alternatively, it may be in your Promotions folder.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We only fulfill orders within the US at this time.

Books can take up to 3-7 business days to process. Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault.

Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Digital products are not eligible for return.

For physical products, please reach out to support@elihinze.com within 30 days for a full refund. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.

For physical goods, you are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of being provided with inaccurate or incomplete information.
